从3个月前第一次起草这份计划书，经过了三个月的思考和实践，寻访了一些旧故知，并将身边一些不适合参与这个计划的人排除，现在将原计划深化及补充，重新写了这份final version的计划书。

这是一个公益项目，我相信最好的教育就是，老师可以选择最好的学生，学生也可以选择最好的老师。作为在青浦长大的我，英语的听说读写比较差一直是我的遗憾。郊区这方面资源确实比较少。但是我们这里不缺乏好的老师和好的学生。所以我想在青浦的绿地缤纷城，开一个培训机构，学习语言和艺术。比如英语学习，我认为最好的方法就是跟着最好的老师学，比如乔布斯，马斯克的一些视频。当然教育这个事情还是需要专业的人来着手的，我这个外行就不多说了。
