其实我一直想做酒吧 开着电瓶车在青浦转悠 总是没有发现适合的地方 以前和小夏去看过满天星广场 小夏说那地方没人去。

酒吧可以开几家k歌酒吧，还要一个慢摇吧，既然能有几家酒吧了 再开几个KTV也不成问题，以前那里是有一家新天地

我们现有的的兄弟和姐妹，可以把酒吧和KTV做的很好，但是现在大环境不好，所以一个人必须同时做几件事，毕竟我们的目标是一年在老家买房。

我经常去嘉善，嘉善有很多k歌酒吧，气氛很好的。青浦开酒吧要不了几个钱，如果选址在满天星399的话，100w可以开三个。先和物业谈三个月免租，小夏他们自己装修一些，我弟弟以前开KTV的设备也都在，酒也可以先欠着。姐妹又多，一下子气氛就起来了，然后邀请嘉善做酒吧的好姐妹过来指导一下。

yellowplumflower在青浦立住脚后，就会一路向九江进军，我选择了三个地方，湖州，宣城和安庆。湖州的房价一万二，宣城安庆六七千，这样的城市创业相对成本比较低。湖州有一些藏族的兄弟和前辈，宣城也有志同道合的兄弟，而且宣城有宣石，美到极致。安庆也是个我很喜欢的城市，虽然没有去过。而且安庆到了，九江就不远了。在这些城市主要还是做酒吧和新零售，面对的还是年轻人，因为未来是她们的。

青浦这边是一个闪店，我估计两三年之后我们就会全部撤离青浦，说真的没人喜欢青浦，到时候姐妹们想回家就回家，不想回家我们一起去九江
